Arabella GIULIANA has studied in Munich and Berlin (Germany) where in 1998 she has graduated in Business Management with a practical-theoretical thesis written at ABB Daimler Benz Transportation (Deutschland) GmbH (Germany) on the problems of determining the key elements and functions of Personnel Management of organizations in the process of change in structure.
Since 1996 she has worked in the sales, marketing and technical departments and direction of major international IT services and solutions providers like e.g. Hewlett-Packard or Wincor Nixdorf Retail and Banking Systems GmbH.
Starting from 1998 she has assumed leading roles as Consultant, Project Manager and Manager in international IT consulting companies, software vendors and system integrators, telecommunication providers as well as the role of Supply Chain Manager in the industry sector and producing companies, taking care of the development and implementation of applications, reengineering of end-to-end business processes, the introduction of change and continuous improvement.
Besides having obtained IT-related certifications for the optimization of IT services and systems, she is also in possession of the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification for the management of any kind of project according to the internationally recognized PMBOK® Guide standard.
After having worked for over 10 years in major international cities in Germany, Italy, Switzerland, France and Morocco, in 2008 she has chosen to live in Sicily next to Palermo from where she provides consulting, project management and coaching services for local and global customers.
Since 2010 she collaborates in the Siestas project and is one of the founding partners of the company Siestas as well as the founder and in charge of the division and linguistic agency COLLEGANDO.
